LGBTQ-U has a system to ensure entries aren't competing against each other, but are recognized for their merits.
They compete against themselves: we judge each entry on its own merits and score it on an inherent value system.

An "Official Selection" means your film passed the first judging stage (didn't get rejected) and now goes to the AWARD judges to decide which awards it will receive if any.

It does not mean your film will screen.

We will send the award notification the week of February 18, 2024.

Our long-standing and reputable distribution associates will review your film if it wins Best Of Festival or Best Of Show.
LGBTQ-U will screen Best of Festival winners at the WRPN.tv Event in Rehoboth Beach, DE, in 2024
